A view of ABSSS campus

ABSSS has its own office and training campus at Chitrakoot spread over an area of 2.5 acres. The two training halls can be utilised to provide boarding and lodging facilities for 200 people.  The office and the training centre are equipped with appropriate computing and communication facilities. The organisation has about 15 two-wheelers. It has three branch offices at Manikpur, Bargharh and Banda with basic facilities.

Human Resource

ABSSS has a mix of professional and grassroots staff at the head office in Chitrakoot and field/project coordination offices. These include both permanent and project staff members. There are senior management staff drawn from humanities, social work and finance backgrounds. The others include middle management staff, community organisers, social animators, village level workers and teachers. About 30 per cent staff members are women and 47 per cent belong to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
